Affording high quality family and children’s dentistry has never been easier. We accept payments via cash, EFTPOS, credit card (Visa or Mastercard), Visa debit card, American Express, cheque and bank transfer. We now offer Payment Plan by Humm too.
We offer HICAPS – direct claiming from your health fund.

nib First Choice Dental

West Lakes Family Dental and Implant Clinic is a nib First Choice Dental preferred provider. NIB Group HealthFund members can get the most out of your health fund at West Lakes Family Dental and Implant Clinic by taking advantage of the beneficial fees set by NIB for their members. If you are a member of any of the following Nib white label partners – Qantas, AAMI, APIA, Suncorp, you may also enjoy and receive these exclusive benefits with an eligible extra’s cover. All of Nib’s usual fund rules and claiming requirements apply.

In most cases, nib pays a claim for a dental check-up once every six months.

Child Dental Benefits Schedule

At West Lakes Family Dental and Implant Clinic we offer bulk billed treatment to children and teenagers who are eligible to receive the Child Dental Benefit Schedule. This means there are no out of pocket costs.

When making your appointment please advise the staff that you have a CDBS letter and ensure you bring your Medicare card and CDBS letter to your appointment.

Department of Veterans' Affairs Cards

West Lakes Family Dental and Implant Clinic is registered to provide dental care to eligible DVA card holders.

Payment Plans Available
Affordable payment plans make it simpler for you to access the care you require, right when you need it. Delaying necessary treatments can unfortunately mean problems become more complex and expensive to correct. To ease that burden and make it possible for our patients to get care straightaway, we can arrange individualised payment options while working on your treatment plan.

If you’re planning to have extensive treatment, require emergency dental care or are thinking about investing in something like Invisalign®, be sure to ask about our flexible financing program.

Payment Policy
It is the policy of this practice to receive full payment for treatment on the day it is provided. We accept no responsibility for the eligibility or amount of health fund rebate received.

The dentist is happy to discuss treatment options with you and supply quote’s for proposed work. Quotes are valid for 30 days.

Appointment Cancellation Policy
Our goal is to provide quality care to all our patients in a timely manner. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience not only our providers, but our other patients as well. Please be aware of our policy regarding missed appointments.

When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other patients. If cancellation is necessary, we require that you call at least 24 hours in advance. Your advanced notice will allow another patient access to that appointment time.
